Bringing Pfizer’s vision for oncology care to life at the 2025 ESMO Symposium

ESMO 2025 is one of the leading global oncology congresses, bringing together experts to shape the future of cancer treatment. I partnered with Pfizer to create a branded theme for their symposium meeting that reflected their commitment to maintenance and innovation. Inspired by Bauhaus principles of balance and simplicity, I developed a geometric motif that symbolizes continuity and progress in patient care.

Creating seamless pre-event connections

Guests received a push message, calendar invite, and e-flyers designed to introduce the meeting theme and ensure a seamless experience. Each element carried the visual identity, reinforcing Pfizer’s mission to support oncology professionals worldwide.


Developing a visually cohesive on-site experience

On-site, the design extended to a large wrap welcome wall, a custom PowerPoint template, briefing documents, digital signs, and digital podium. Every asset worked together to create a cohesive environment that reflected stability and innovation for oncology care.


Measuring global impact of Pfizer’s ESMO presence

We surveyed attendees from across the globe to capture their impressions of the meeting. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and the client was thrilled with how the design elevated the experience.
